The new OBS version 26.0 is out. The key feature of this release is the built-in Virtual webcam. Now there is no need to download and install plugins to get virtual webcam feature. Simply click on ‘Start Virtual Webcam’ and you are done.

As of now, the virtual webcam feature works only on Windows. If you are a Mac user, you may want to consider alternatives such as (www.manycam.com)
